By using mythag.com (“Mythag”, “the site”) or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. The service

Mythag publishes short humorous stories for entertainment. The site and email are free. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time.

2. Stories are entertainment

Stories are written for fun. They may be inspired by real life, but names, places and details are changed or invented. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Nothing on Mythag is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

3. Our content

All stories, text, design and branding on Mythag belong to the operator or its writers and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to:

• read and share links to stories,
• quote a short excerpt with a link back to the original story.

You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape stories in bulk, or use them to train AI models, without our written permission.

4. Your submissions

If you send us a story, you confirm it’s your own and that you have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit it, publish it and distribute it on Mythag and our channels. We’re not required to publish anything you send.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t:

• manipulate votes (bots, scripts, multiple accounts),
• interfere with the site’s security or performance,
• subscribe other people without their permission,
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

6. Emails

By subscribing you agree to receive one story email a day and occasional updates about Mythag. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

7. Ads and third-party links

The site may show ads or link to other websites. We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
